Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Hike (Full Day)
High-altitude adventure to Vinicunca and the surreal Red Valley in the Peruvian Andes.

Why Choose the Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Hike?
The Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Hike takes you to Vinicunca (5,036m / 16,522 ft), one of the highest and most iconic day hikes in the Cusco region of Peru.
Departing from Cusco (3,400m), we travel south through the Vilcanota Valley to the trailhead at Phulawasipata (4,600m). The gradual ascent leads to the famous seven-colored mineral mountain formed by natural sediment layers.
Unlike standard tours that only stop at the main viewpoint, this experience continues to the Red Valley, a dramatic iron-rich landscape with fewer visitors and panoramic Andean views.
This tour is ideal for:
Experienced hikers
High-altitude adventurers
Photographers
Travelers seeking more than the classic Rainbow Mountain photo
